Failure to meet the minimum attendance percentage or repeated absences without valid justification may result in denial of course completion certificates, suspension from the program, or other administrative actions in accordance with the Institute’s policies

Late login, early exit, inactivity, or technical misuse may be counted as absence. Such violations may include, but are not limited to, misuse of the Institute’s platforms, breach of attendance requirements, unauthorized use or distribution of training materials, or non-compliance with conduct and integrity standards. Depending on the nature and severity of the violation, penalties may include written warnings, temporary suspension of access to training services, cancellation of course enrollment or certification, financial liabilities where applicable, or permanent exclusion from the Institute’s programs. The Institute reserves the right to escalate matters to competent authorities when required under Saudi law

The Institute and its authorized trainers are committed to ensuring that all published training content, educational materials, announcements, and digital resources comply with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the guidelines issued by relevant regulatory authorities. Published content must be accurate, professional, and aligned with approved curricula, ethical standards, and intellectual property requirements, and must not include misleading information, prohibited material, or content that violates public order or societal values.
